Can I buy a product without logging in?
NO. As long as you want to place your order online – which recommended from us - your registration to our store is compulsory so as to complete your order. If you have added products to your shopping cart before your registration, your temporary shopping cart will be merged with your new Customer’s shopping cart. How do I manage my shopping cart?
Our e-store provides you with your shopping cart. When you add a product to your cart, our system can take you to your cart’s page, where you can see the products that you have chosen, the code of each product, the price per unit, the quantity of each product and the total price for your products. What is more, you can checkout and complete your order or you can even delete one of the products that you have added or change the quantity of those that you want. To delete a product , you just need to click the “Bin” button. Furthermore, you can add a product to your cart and buy it another day. The products that you add will not be deleted until you delete them.

Can I cancel my order?
YES. The cancellation of your order is possible provided that it has passed only 2 hours since you set your order. You will register your request of cancellation at the “Contact us” page, where the subject will be “Order Cancellation”.

ATTENTION! In several elongated areas it is impossible to hip your order by courier. In these cases, the shipping of your order is realized by post. The extra charge for this case is 5-15 € for each package depending on the volume and weight of the package when, unfortunately, it is impossible to pay for your order by cash on delivery. There has to be a deposit of the total amount of your order at one of our bank accounts or there will be a charge of your credit card and then we will proceed to the completion of your order. All prices above include V.A.T. 23%. When submitting your order, an e-mail is sent to you that shows the products that you have purchased. You don’t have to do anything else. In case of any abnormalities we will contact you by e-mail or by phone.
