SHIPPING METHODS

There are 2 available shipping methods of your order:

1. By courier
   In case, you decide to have your order shipped by courier, the shipping costs are the following: 5,00 € for those who live in the areas that are defined to our map, 10,00 € for the rest of Greece and 20,00 € for E.U. residents.
   The charges above concern packages which weigh up to 2 kg. In case that your package weighs more than 2 kg, the extra charge is 2 € for each extra 0,5 (half) kg.
2. By post
   By post using Hellenic Post Office (for Greece and E.U.). Only by registered mail and cash on delivery. All shipping costs burden the customer.

ATTENTION! In several remote areas it is impossible to hip your order by courier. In these cases, the shipping of all orders is realized by post. The extra charge for this case is 5-15 € for each package depending on the volume and weight of the package. Please note that it is not possible to pay for your order by cash on delivery. There has to be a deposit of the total amount of your order at one of our bank accounts or there will be a charge of your credit card and then we will proceed to the completion of your order.

All prices above include V.A.T. 23%.

DELIVERY

Your order should arrive in approximately 2 to 5 business days, (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.) unless a different delivery time is specified for a certain product.

ORDER DELAY

Your order might delay due to the following reasons: - extreme weather conditions - strikes that might affect shipping and delivery of your order. - if any kind of problem occurs with your order, relatively to the products or its payment ( ex. REPLACEMENT OF YOUR PRODUCTS – RETURN

Return of your products
